1) Oral practice: phone skills + answers; preparing questions for the answers.
a) Question offering help & the problem (present simple with key vocabulary from list); e.g.: I am homeless.
b) Question of status quo & explanation of the problem (present & past continuous); e.g.: I am living on the streets. While I was..., this happened.
c) Question about emotional state & personal statement or opinion (gerund); e.g.: Living on the street is dangerous and upsetting. I feel afraid.
d) Question about requests & petition; e.g.: I want to live in a house. I need money. I would like a job. I like working with my hands.
e) Question about habilities and/or knowledge; e.g.: I can work with wood and metal, I can speak Spanish and English, I can offer good references, can you help me?
f) Explaining the requirements to obtain the objectives of the caller; e.g.: you should study a course, you must have a driving license.
